Free Newsletter Operator Toolbox
and the latest news from Newsletter Circle
Learn how to start and level up your newsletter business from successful operators and insightful resources.
Hi everyone,
As you may have noticed, I took a break from sending new issues at the end of the summer. During this time, I stepped back to rethink my strategy. Today’s issue is a quick update on what’s new with Newsletter Circle and the free resources I've been working on lately. Let’s dive in!
In this new era, I’m focusing beyond newsletters run as personal hobby projects. The interviews will be with newsletter operators who build a business out of their publications. You’ll find dedicated resources on proven growth and monetization strategies used by successful newsletter businesses.
Newsletter Circle will be your
go-to-source for building
a successful ‘newsletter business’.
Newsletter Circle is no longer just a newsletter. It is evolving into a complete content platform with insightful blog articles, reports, newsletter operator interviews and useful products.
To support this direction, we built Newsletter Circle website. If you haven’t yet, you’re welcome to explore our new platform here:
Aligned with my focus on building newsletter businesses, these resources will now offer in-depth, unique insights into growth and monetization strategies.
You’ll also find dedicated reports and online courses for newsletter operators.
My goal is to transform Newsletter Circle into a full-fledged media company for newsletter operators. It started as a newsletter, expanded with the website, and will include audio and video content in the future.
P.S. Special thank you to Arvind Kesh, who inspired our improved thumbnail design. As a loyal Newsletter Circle reader, he proactively shared alternative designs for social media visuals. We used his idea for our thumbnails.
3. Updated newsletter format
We’ve resumed our weekly Sunday interviews with newsletter operators who have built successful businesses. There’s one key change: instead of including the full interview in the email, we now share key highlights and a link to the full interview on our website. Here’s why:
Our interviews are in-depth and often too lengthy for email.
Subscribers suggested this format in recent conversations.
This approach has its pros and cons, so we’ll see how it goes.
You’ll also receive a new issue whenever we publish a new blog article, report, or free resource!
4. A two-person team
I’m not running Newsletter Circle alone anymore. Ayca Karci joined the team as Growth Marketing Specialist. She’s helping me with diverse topics, from booking interviews to executing outreaches. Feel free to reach her through LinkedIn or e-mail.
Welcome again, Ayca!
